From Broken to Strong: My Personal Story
I’ve lived through trauma, emotional neglect, and periods where I felt completely unseen — both by others and by myself. I’ve battled anxiety, dysregulation, and the deep frustration of feeling like I was constantly spinning without control.
Healing wasn’t linear. It was messy, uncomfortable, and required learning how to care for my nervous system, mind, and body simultaneously. Through therapy, mindfulness, strength training, and self-reflection, I began to rebuild not just my physical strength but my inner resilience and confidence.
Today, I combine my clinical psychology expertise with strength coaching to help women do the same — to step out of chaos, reclaim their identity, and feel at home in their bodies and minds. I understand the journey because I’ve walked it myself.

I believe that true healing happens when mind, body, and nervous system work together. Emotional regulation without physical empowerment leaves you fragile; strength training without emotional understanding leaves you disconnected.
My mission is to guide women toward both — helping them feel grounded, confident, and resilient, while honoring their emotional and physical experiences.
