For years, I carried pain I couldn't name — childhood trauma, emotional shutdowns, self-blame, and a constant fight to "stay strong." On the outside, I looked fine. On the inside, I was falling apart.
Therapy helped me understand my patterns. But strength training — that rebuilt my identity. It taught me that healing isn't about perfection; it's about power. The power to feel again, to move again, and to finally take up space in your own life.
